Amit Nir: Spring Break Style Recap

The best part of spring break? No, it’s not the copious poolside cocktails, nor the amazing vacation bronze--it’s the debut of spring fashion! While models were rocking the Paris runways, our members were showing off their style worldwide.

“Being the Disney fan I am, any break is a great excuse to do a day in the most magical place on earth--Walt Disney World! It was chillier than usual, so I popped on my Zara x Disney Snow White sweatshirt, a sick pair of knock off Le Specs glasses from Free People and my fav Good American jeans. Comfy and cozy for a day running around the parks!”

“I kicked off my long-awaited Spring Break exploring Miami, checking out the Museum of Ice Cream, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, and more. I then spent the second half of break in Grand Cayman- a paradise known for its pristine, crystal waters and incredible cuisine. Above, my older sister Taylor and I posed poolside before heading out to dinner at our favorite restaurant on the island: Calypso Grill in West Bay. I wore a Cami NYC dress and she wore a Dodo Bar Or maxi paired with Oscar de la Renta earrings.”

“I went to Salamanca, Madrid, Zamora and Avila Spain over spring break! Unlike most people who enjoyed the warmth and the sun, my break was quite the opposite. I bundled up in a bright turtleneck that popped against the cream colored buildings and a fur vest for extra warmth.”

“Spring break in NYC (more like Winter Break Part II) was fun and exciting to see a glimpse of all of the food and fashion trends coming upon us in the spring! Getting a manicure in Soho at Paintbox and getting brunch at While We Were Young was the perfect girls trip needed for escaping the work load from Wake Forest. Then concluding the day with cheese fondue and wine from Cafe Select is the best way to end the perfect day in NYC. One of my favorite shops to go while I am in the city is Zara which is where I got the shoes and jeans in this photo. Matching it with a blue Burberry scarf and wearing a hat inspired from one of my fashion bloggers on insta @jimsandkittys.”

“I enjoyed my break at home in sunny Southern California! This was definitely my favorite outfit of the week, inspired by my summer working at Anthropologie in Carlsbad, CA. I’m all about making fashion affordable, functional, and cute at the same time, so all of my outfit is either thrifted or under $30 from TJMaxx. Jacket- Zara, Shirt- Cloth + Stone, Skort- Free People, Neck Scarf- Madewell, Shoes- Dolce Vita for Target.”

“I traveled all around Colombia over spring break including Bogotá, in and around Medellin, and Cartagena. Here is me at El Peñol which is about a 700 stair climb to the top to see the most incredible view of Guatape, Antioquia. They say that if you don't go to El Peñol, than did you really go to Colombia? It wasn't the warmest, especially at the top so I was rocking a strapless striped black and white romper, jean jacket, and all white sneakers.”

“As I spent the week running around Walt Disney World, my rose gold Mouse ears became the staple for my Spring Break looks. When I visited Epcot, my outfit consisted of these iconic ears paired with my favorite Clueless tee (t-shirts are a MUST for my theme park style), white boho shorts, layered Free People necklace, pink Adidas shoes, and Mood Designer Fabrics tote bag. Perfect for staying comfortable through a long day of walking and dining!”
